The Global Covenant of Mayors in the United States is a collaboration between ICLEI USA, CDP, USDN, and C40 and is supported by the European Union. Our alliance combines two leading national climate programs: Partners for Climate Protection (PCP) program and Building Adaptive and Resilient Communities (BARC).
